Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Mister Westwood website and services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Scope of Agreement

This agreement governs the professional relationship between the client (you) and Mister Westwood Studio for all custom woodworking projects.

Project & Service Terms

All custom furniture projects are subject to the following conditions regarding design, fabrication, and delivery.

• Design specifications and material selections require written client approval before fabrication begins.
• Quoted prices are based on the agreed specifications; changes may incur additional costs.
• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability and workshop capacity.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, final design approvals, and securing necessary installation access.

Payment & Cancellation

A deposit is required to secure your project slot and commence material procurement. The following payment schedule applies.

• A 50% deposit is due upon project approval.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, prior to delivery or pickup.
• Cancellations after the deposit is paid are subject to fees based on work completed and materials purchased.

Warranty & Liability

Mister Westwood warrants its craftsmanship and materials against defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers structural integrity and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and specifications created by Mister Westwood remain the intellectual property of the studio.

Clients are granted a license for the personal use of the finished piece. Reproduction of the design for commercial purposes is prohibited without written consent.

General Provisions

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state where our studio is located.

• We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mister Westwood regarding our services.
